The orders inside Riyadh Area will be delivered within 72 working hours.

The orders from outside Riyadh City the delivery take around 3 to 7 working days.

The orders from abroad take around10 working days.

Shipping Rate:

The delivery fees inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is free of charges.

Refunds:

* You can contact us on WhatsApp on (+966920000244) or write to us at e-mail: cc@drama.com.sa with mention to the order number and explain the reason for the refund meanwhile put the follows points properly into your consideration;

* The product must be in a good condition, intact and with original packaging.

* Replacement during 5 working days upon receipt of the shipment, and the customer shall bear the shipping returning cost.

* Refund during 2 working days upon receipt of the shipment, and the customer shall bear the shipping returning cost.

* In case you paid your order by credit / mada card, you can able to return the products to Cardial then the refundable will be deposited to your bank account directly.

* Normally this action it takes around 7 working days, after receiving the returned shipment.

* (Credit card) It takes 21 working days to be deposited in your account after receiving the returned shipment. You can choose whether you want to get a refund on your Cardial balance or on your credit / debit card, that way you are done!  If you pay on receipt, we will return the amount to your account.

* Working days in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are from Sunday to Thursday *

* Official store hours: From 8 am to 5 pm *
