* The product must be in its new condition, intact, new and with its original packaging.
* Replacement within: 5 days of receiving the shipment and the customer shall bear the shipping fees for the store.
* Return within: 48 hours of receiving the shipment, and the customer shall bear the shipping fees for the store.
* If you paid your order by credit card / mada, you can return the products to Cardial and ask for a refund to your account.
* It takes 7 working days to recover the amount to your account, until it is deposited in your account, after receiving the returned shipment.
* (Credit card) It takes 21 working days to be deposited in your account after receiving the returned shipment.
You can choose whether you want a refund on your Cardial balance or your credit / debit card, that way you are done!
If you pay on receipt, we will return the amount to your account.
