Products offered for sale on the website are subject to acceptance and availability. If, for any reason, we are unable to provide a particular product(s) after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel your order entirely.
All orders are subject to acceptance and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including inaccuracies or errors in the product or pricing information, our inability to obtain authorization to collect payment, because there are delivery restrictions that apply to a particular item, because the item requested does not meet our quality control standards and is being withdrawn, because you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions, or because of any other problem we discover.

All credit card payments are subject to data verification and authorization by the card issuer. If your credit card issuer declines authorization, we will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and may contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
The details on the credit card used for payment must exactly match the cardholder information on file with the card issuer. Your payment will be approved and held pending when you place your order, and the amount will be debited from your account once Cardial has processed your request. You also confirm that the credit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the cardholder to use it.
No credit card data will be stored, sold to, displayed to, or rented to any third parties except as it relates to our online payment gateway provider.
4. Delivery:
Cardial handles product delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and according to our estimate, your order is expected to arrive within (1-5 business days) to all cities in the Kingdom.

5. Cancellation:

To cancel your order, we will do our best within reason to cancel it, provided that your order has not already been fulfilled.

No additional discount can be used on discounted offers and products, such as: discount coupon or discount code.

7. Customs duties for international shipments:
Any additional amounts collected by customs after shipment are not affiliated with Drama Trading Company (Cardial) and we cannot determine the required amount as it varies from country to country.
If the shipment is not received by the customer, the customer shall bear the customs duties incurred on the shipment, and if the shipment is returned, they shall be deducted from the amount paid.
8. Exchange and return:
- Our valued customers can return products within 48 hours of receipt.
- Products can be exchanged within five days of receipt.
Products must be in their original condition and unused, with all accessories and gifts included with the product. The product must be in its original packaging, and the product's integrity will be verified by a specialized team before return or exchange.
