Our valued customers can return products within 48 hours of receipt.
Products can be exchanged within five days of the date of receipt.
Products must be in their original condition and unused, with all accessories and gifts included with the product. The product must be in its original packaging, and the product's integrity will be verified by a specialized team before return or exchange.
If the customer wishes to return the item, he will bear the return costs (25 Saudi Riyals). If he wishes to exchange the item, he will bear the costs of returning and shipping the replacement (25 Riyals for returning the shipment and 20 Riyals for shipping the replacement, if the value of the product in the cart is less than 200 Riyals and the order is within the Kingdom).
If the customer wishes to exchange or return the product, he will bear the costs of return or exchange (99 Saudi Riyals) in addition to customs fees after the issuance of the customs declaration, if the order is outside the Kingdom.
The shipment to be exchanged or returned must be delivered to the shipping company specified by Cardial's customer service within 48 hours, with confirmation that the product delivered to the shipping company's representative must be photographed and kept as evidence for the customer, and sent within the conversation between the customer and the representative.

Cardial apologizes to its customers for not being able to replace or refund products that have been modified (e.g., shortening the watch).

The amounts paid after the return from the customer and receipt of the returned item at the Cardial warehouse are refunded via bank transfer or to the customer’s account on the payment platform within a maximum of seven working days if the payment was made by Mada, Tabby or Tamara, and from 14 to 21 working days if the payment was made by credit card.
If any of the cashback customers returns a product, the return process must be carried out in full according to the actual value of the product, and the cashback amount corresponding to the returned product will be deducted or cancelled from the customer's balance.
